We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframes shown on our website, but all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Because our products are personalised and made to order, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for change of mind, unwanted items, or customer mistakes in the personalisation submitted with an order.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at clubhousecbe@proton.me. Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

If we confirm that we made a mistake, or that the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate remedy. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Items must not be sent back without contacting us first.
