How do I personalise my product?
On the product page, click Personalise this product to open our design tool. Add your photo, text, or name, then check your design and add to cart. We print exactly what you approve.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched the next business day, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Free Tracked Delivery uses Royal Mail Tracked 48 and usually arrives within 2-3 working days of dispatch. Next-Day Delivery uses Royal Mail Tracked 24 and is priced automatically at checkout based on your order total.
Do you edit photos?
We print exactly what you approve in the design tool. Please use the best quality photo you have. If it's too low resolution, we'll contact you for a better version.
Are the mugs microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes. Our white ceramic mugs and colour-changing magic mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe for everyday use. For non-mug items like coasters, placemats, mouse mats and slates, check the product page care details; these are generally wipe-clean or display items rather than dishwasher or microwave products.
