Returns & cancellation
Because this item is made to your own specification and clearly personalised, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply once you have approved your design (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 28(1)(b)). We cannot accept a return or exchange because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your legal rights if something goes wrong. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described you have 30 days from delivery to reject it for a full refund, and we pay the return postage. Read the full policy.

Delivery was a say after they day expected to be delivered
It arrived broken smashed. It was not in protective packaging and was not deemed fragile on the box. The item description and what was printed on it was on the outside label which isn’t good when it’s a gift for someone in your household.
Items were exactly what I expected. I bought 2 mugs as a present for two people who have recently become business owners and they were extremely happy with them! The seller provided excellent customer service as they had forgotten to add some personalisation that I had requested and very kindly sent out another two. Would definitely recommend.
Lovely print job on the cup, unfortunately after first wash the cup is chipped, I've had mug for years without a chip or crack in them, not the best quality of cups, but the print job was excellent.
Bad Quality Print. Ignores you when there's an issue with your item. Very rude. This was a gift for Christmas and I'm just being ignored.
Order 2 cups with our business logo on. Logo was printed on, but different colour on each cup. Message the seller and no reply.
Writing was all blurred asked for a refund and got more cups exactly the same sent out, do not buy from this seller
Disappointed with the mug. Every year I buy my dad and step mom mugs. The printing is very poor. Writing is not straight and bottom of images smugged.
