Dishwasher safe for everyday use. We don't recommend microwaving it. The heat-reactive coating reveals your design when filled with a hot drink, then fades back as the mug cools.

Returns & cancellation
Because this item is made to your own specification and clearly personalised, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply once you have approved your design (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 28(1)(b)). We cannot accept a return or exchange because you have changed your mind.
